Squash Specific Training Sessions

The old line in Squash – “the fittest guy wins” is always
true and with the way the game has evolved, the type and intensity of training
has also changed.
So, for the start of the season if you want to gain an advantage in your box leagues or get sharper for your team squash then come along on Monday nights at 6.15 from September 2nd for 45 minutes of Squash Specific court training.
This will involve Agility, Coordination, Plyometrics, HITT, and Speed intensity work.
This session will be appropriate to members of all standards as there will be no hitting, just physical training.
